Robin Workman

Becoming fit is not just about the physical body but also becoming fit in the mind and spirit. This is what Yoga offers to me. The postures open the door to the really good stuff housed in the head. Each time I step on the mat it’s an opportunity to find wholeness. To erase my palette and begin again. My classes are about alignment, breath and space. A place for each person to find those things in themselves to possibly deepen their self knowledge and maybe see the destination is not the goal, it’s all about the journey.

Wednesday 4:30 pm to 5:45 pm. Breath leads the movement in this slow paced class allowing the student space and time to experience each posture before breathing their way into the next.  An interesting and balanced series helps reset the tone of the nervous system while revitalizing the energy. Level 1

Saturday 9:00 am to 10:15 am. Get your weekend started with this slower paced, all-rounder class designed to teach you the basics of the postures.  The class is suitable for beginners and those wishing to understand fundamentals more thoroughly. Cooper and Robin alternate teaching.  All levels.
